Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the vintage, pre-owned, and/or one-of-a-kind nature of our items, Archival Theory does not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately, including any visible signs of wear, age, or imperfections. Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Vintage and pre-owned items may show normal signs of wear. These characteristics are not considered defects.

If you believe you received the wrong item or an item was materially misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@archivaltheory.shop with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and determine whether a resolution is appropriate.

Archival Theory reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
